You can use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another assistant to request dumpster service, check a quote, track an order, or request a payment link. Ordering is fully agentic over MCP or REST: the assistant can submit the request, poll until the quote is ready, and return the quote URL without waiting on a person.
If your assistant already has Detritus MCP configured, it can order through that. If it does not, it should use the REST API directly and finish the quote — no MCP setup required, and no need to stop and wait for a person.
