A swap exchanges your full dumpster for an empty one so work can continue—priced as a separate trip and container move. A final pickup removes the dumpster when you are done; you are not receiving a replacement container.

Rental placement can be affected by various factors such as truck swing, alleys, wires, slope, and right-of-way vs driveway. For instance, in the Hayes Barton neighborhood, narrow alleys and historic homes can limit where we can place rentals, while in the suburb of Apex, wider streets and newer developments offer more flexibility. Similarly, in Mordecai, tree-lined streets and older homes require careful consideration, and in Cary, we need to navigate around busy roads like US-1. We also have to ensure that our trucks can safely access the site, which can be a challenge in areas like Oakwood with its narrow streets and dense tree coverage. Along I-440, we have to be mindful of the highway's proximity to residential areas and plan our deliveries accordingly.
We deliver rentals year-round, but our busiest seasons tend to be during the spring and summer months when construction and renovation projects are in full swing. Inclement weather like heavy rain or snow can cause delays, and we recommend booking ahead of time to ensure availability, especially during peak festival seasons like the Raleigh Christmas Parade or the North Carolina State Fair. Our team works hard to ensure timely deliveries, but we may need to adjust our schedules during extreme weather conditions.

If you're planning to place a rental on a street or right-of-way, you may need a permit. In contrast, rentals placed on private driveways typically don't require a permit.
